Fairly clean hotel in a new building close enough to main activities, and the lake. The very very nice and courteous staff working throughout the venue. Simply nothing to complain about, great stay.

The service at this hotel was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The hot water in the shower was plentiful, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with beautiful lake views and easy access to main roads. It was also a good value for the money.

One drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the room. While the evenings cooled down quickly and opening the window helped, it may have been more challenging to stay in the room during the hot daytime hours.

The hotel was reasonably priced and perfect in general. the staff was very friendly and provided great service. the location was exceptionally nice, just a short stroll away from Galway Forest Reserve and close to Nanu oya railway station.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, as it is situated right next to Gregory Lake. The rooms offer a wonderful view overlooking the lake, and some even have a balcony which allows you to truly embrace the beauty of the surroundings. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the hotel still provides basic amenities and the staff are quite friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served here is not only delicious but also comes with a stunning view over the lake, making for a great start to the day.

All in all, everything was fine and nothing really stood out as needing improvement.

Lovely place for a 2-night stay. Spent our time here excellently. Located within a short walk to Gregory's Lake, just 700 feet away. Our deluxe queen room had everything we needed, including a minibar, private safe, and television. They even provided free onsite parking!
